The aim of this project is to share experiences and reflect about the field of Career Counselling from the point of view of private companies and non-governmental organizations.
The project focuses on the current position of Career Counselling and the challenges it faces, taking into account the following topics:
- How do counsellors promote motivation and confidence of their clients
- Which are the possibilities and best practices for the self development of Career Counsellors
- What kind of opportunities does e-counselling offer
